Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal (Sindh) e-Bids for Notebooks and WEC Supplies – Academic Year 2026-27

Issuer: Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal (PBM), Provincial Office Sindh, Karachi. PBM invites e-Bids under a single-stage, two-envelope procedure from FBR active Firms/Distributors/Manufacturers/Companies/General Order Suppliers for procurement for Academic Year 2026-27 to be supplied to PBM facilities across various districts of Sindh.

Scope: Procurement of notebooks for 38 PBM Schools for Rehabilitation of Child Labour (SRCLs) and procurement of gadgets, cloths and raw materials for 34 PBM Women Empowerment Centres (WECs), functional at various districts of Sindh. Detailed Bidding Documents (SBDs) with item details and location particulars are available on PBM website (www.pbm.gov.pk) and the PPRA E-Procurement System 2.0.

Submission and procedure: Bids must be prepared in accordance with PPRA rules and instructions in the SBDs and submitted via the PPRA E-Procurement System (E-Procurement System 2.0). A scanned copy of the original bid security instrument must be uploaded with the bid; the original CDR/Pay Order (earnest money) in favour of Director, PBM Provincial Office Sindh must reach the office before bid opening.

Technical bid opening: 2026-08-13 at 11:30 AM at PBM Provincial Office Sindh, Karachi. Date for opening of financial bids will be communicated separately to technically qualified bidders. PBM reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.

Ensure compliance with all PPRA requirements and submit required originals (bid security instrument) to the Director, PBM Provincial Office Sindh before the technical bid opening.
