Tender: Construction of School Road from Abadi Shazar Khan to Laniwal Village — Lakki Marwat (e-Bidding)

Office of the Assistant Director, Local Government & Rural Development Department, Lakki Marwat invites e-bids for the construction of a school road from Abadi Shazar Khan to Laniwal Village, Tehsil Lakki, District Lakki Marwat under Single Stage - Two Envelope bidding.

Issuer: Assistant Director, Local Government & Rural Development Department (LGR&DD), Lakki Marwat.

Eligibility: Contractors/firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and enlisted with the C&W Department in accordance with the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Centralized Enlistment Policy for FY 2026-27.

How to obtain and submit documents: Bidding documents may be downloaded from the EPADS portal (www.eprocure.gov.pk) and the KP-PPRA website (www.kppra.gov.pk). Eligible bidders shall submit bids electronically through EPADS. Where required by the bidding documents, technical and financial proposals shall be submitted in separate sealed envelopes as specified.

Bid security: 2% of the estimated cost. Bid security shall be submitted in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favour of the Assistant Director, LGR&DD, Lakki Marwat.

Evaluation & opening: Financial bids of only technically responsive and qualified bidders will be opened. Opening will be in presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend.
