Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) (Ministry of IT & Telecom) invites applications for the post of Director People & Culture to lead HR, organizational development and people strategy for the organization.

Position Director People & Culture
Role / Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a senior member of PSEB's management team, shape human resources and organizational development functions.
  • Build a high-performance, values-driven culture aligned with PSEB's mission to grow Pakistan’s IT and Tech sector.
  • Lead talent management, performance culture, learning and development, succession planning and HR policies ensuring compliance and current best practice.
  • Act as HR advisor to the CEO and senior leadership on people strategy and organizational change.
Essential Qualifications Minimum 16 years of education with a degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration / Public Administration / Organizational Psychology / Management Sciences / Social Sciences or related discipline. Professional HR certifications and/or higher qualifications in HR/Organizational Development are preferred.
Experience & Skills
  • Significant proven HR leadership experience, including people and organizational development roles.
  • Experience building culture, performance management systems, learning & development and succession planning.
  • Prior senior HR advisory experience to executive leadership preferred; public-sector experience will be given weight.
