Secretary (Evacuee Trust Property Board) — Contract Appointment | Ministry of Religious Affairs, Islamabad

• Second-class Master's degree or equivalent (HEC-recognized) in business administration, public administration or social sciences with preferably 5 years relevant experience; OR
• Bachelor degree in Law (HEC-recognized) with preferably 5 years experience in business administration, public administration, asset management or law.

Of the five years' relevant experience, at least three years should pertain to administration and functioning of a corporate body or a public body.

• Citizen of Pakistan.
• Not declared loan defaulter or undischarged insolvent by a court.
• No conviction for an offence involving moral turpitude.
• Age between 40 and 60 years on the closing date for applications.
• Must possess unimpeachable reputation, financial integrity and moral propriety.

• Remuneration and allowances admissible equivalent to government servants appointed in BPS-19 on contract; special ETPB allowance (up to one and a half of basic pay) may be admissible as per ToRs/ETPB criteria.
• Appointment on recommendation of the performance evaluation and selection committee.
• Initial term three years, extendable by two years on recommendation of the committee. Secretary to vacate office on completion or on attaining 65 years, whichever is earlier, unless extended for specific reasons.
