Tender: Collection of Adda Fees — Peshawar Bus Terminal (RTB Khyber Pakhtunkhwa)

Issuer: Director Transport / Secretary, Road Transport Board, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The Road Transport Board (RTB) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa re-invites sealed bids under Rule 6(2)(a) "Single Stage One Envelope Procedure" of KPPRA Rules 2014 for disposal of the asset listed below (Collection of Adda Fees of Peshawar Bus Terminal) in accordance with KPPRA Act 2012 read with Rule No. 50D of KPPRA Rules 2014.

Bid documents, containing description, mandatory/eligibility criteria, minimum benchmark value and terms & conditions, are available from the Office of the Secretary Road Transport Board / Director Transport Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Ground Floor, Benevolent Fund Building, Peshawar Cantt. Documents may be obtained through a written application between 09:00 am and 05:00 pm on working days (Monday to Friday) from publication date until the bid submission deadline. Fee: Rs. 500 per application by bank draft in favor of Director Transport, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the shape of a verifiable Call Deposit Receipt / Pay Order in the name of "Secretary Road Transport Board Khyber Pakhtunkhwa". Contractors must be registered with the Local Council Board, Local Government Department, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Rule 47 of KPPRA Rules 2014. Successful bidders are liable for applicable federal and provincial taxes.
