NHA (Punjab West, Mianwali) Invites E-Bids for Special Maintenance on N-130

National Highway Authority (Ministry of Communications) – Punjab West Region (Mianwali) invites e-bids from contractors who are registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council and Income Tax Department, are on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue, and meet the PEC category/specialization requirements listed below. Procurement method: Single Stage – Two Envelopes. Bids must be submitted electronically via the NHA e-Procurement / e-Bidding system. Manual (hard-copy) bids will not be accepted.

How to obtain and submit documents: Complete bidding documents, detailed terms & conditions and addenda (if any) are available on NHA portals (eprocure/e-bidding). Bidders shall upload e-bids on the NHA e-Procurement/e-Bidding system. Technical e-bids will be opened online as per the schedule published on the e-procurement portal.

Eligibility & requirements: Active taxpayer status, valid PEC registration in the required category and specialization, and registration with Income Tax authorities. Bid security equal to 2% of the engineer's estimate is required.
