PKLI Invitation to Bidders – Re-Tenders for Kidney, Urology & Endoscopy Consumables (Aug 2026)

Pakistan Kidney & Liver Institute and Research Center (PKLI&RC) invites e-bids for two re-tender packages for medical consumables. Bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement System (e-P) and comply with the Punjab Procurement Rules. Bid validity: 180 days from opening.

Submission instructions and key conditions:

- Submit e-bids on or before the stated closing date/time via Punjab e-Procurement System: https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk. Hard copies of e-bids are not required and will not be accepted.

- All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security equal to 2% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee/Demand Draft/Pay Order. The 2% bid security must also be submitted electronically on the Punjab e-Procurement System as prescribed.

- Participating firms must be registered with the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bids will be opened on the same day in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend.

- Further information and bidding documents are available from the Supply Chain Department, PKLI&RC during office hours (08:30 AM–05:30 PM) from the date of publishing. Procurement is governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended) and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.
