Public Auction of Residential Flat in Latifabad, Hyderabad — Execution No. 73 of 2021

Banking Court-1, Hyderabad (Hon. Judge Abdul Wahid Sheikh) will sell by public auction the property attached in Execution No. 73 of 2021 (Suit No. 187 of 2020) instituted by House Building Finance Corporation Limited, Hyderabad branch against Noor ul Haq Qureshi and Farhan ul Haq Qureshi. The property is Residential Flat No. 07, Muhammad Ali Complex, Unit No. 10, Latifabad, Hyderabad (sale value Rs. 1,462,160). The amount to be realized is Rs. 581,120 (inclusive of costs).

The auction will be held on 2026-08-19 at 10:00 AM.
