DHQ Hospital Lodhran Tender for Medicines & Surgical Disposable Items FY 2026-27

Issuer: Medical Superintendent, DHQ Hospital Lodhran.

DHQ Hospital Lodhran invites electronic bids on the Punjab e-Procurement System for a framework contract for medicines and surgical disposable items for Financial Year 2026-27. Bidding will follow single-stage two-envelope procedure as per Rule 38(2)(a) PPR-2014.

Eligibility: Bidders/suppliers/manufacturers/firms registered with relevant authorities and tax departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax) and holding professional tax certificate for FY 2026-27 from Excise & Taxation Department, and registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System.

Bid security: Scanned bid security of 2% of the estimated cost of the lot must accompany all electronic bids. Late bids will be rejected.

Submission: Complete electronic bids must be submitted online at the Punjab e-Procurement System (http://cp.punjab.gov.pk/) as per the schedule below. Bidding documents are available for immediate download after publication; documents may also be obtained from the PPRA/Punjab procurement portals.

Notes: DHQ Hospital Lodhran will not be responsible for any cost incurred by bidders in preparation or online submission of bids. If the submission date is an official holiday, the next working day will be treated as the closing date.
