PITB Invitation to Bid for IT Hardware & Networking for HMIS (PESSI) and Digitization (EGOV-09)

Issuer: Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB), Government of the Punjab. PITB invites sealed bids for procurement of IT hardware and networking equipment for two projects: implementation of HMIS at PESSI hospitals and IT equipment for digitization of various e-Gov projects (EGOV-09).

Scope: Supply of IT hardware and networking items including (but not limited to) desktop PCs (Core i5 and ultra variants), UPS (1KVA), display screens, laser printers, label and thermal printers, laptop units and trolleys, scanners and other peripheral equipment for digitization initiatives.

How to apply: Procurement will follow the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using the Single Stage – Two Envelope bidding procedure. Tender documents and detailed lot specifications can be downloaded from PITB and PPRA websites:

www.pitb.gov.pk and www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Submission instructions, bid security requirements and complete terms are provided in the tender documents.

Important notes:

• Technical and financial bids must be submitted in separate envelopes as specified in the tender document.
• Bids received after the stipulated closing time will be rejected.
