Ministry of Religious Affairs & Interfaith Harmony (Evacuee Trust Property Board, ETPB) invites applications for the post of Secretary, ETPB on contract basis. The Secretary will manage and control evacuee trust properties attached to charitable, religious or educational trusts or institutions.

| Minimum Qualifications | Either a second-class Master’s degree or equivalent qualification recognized by HEC in a discipline relating to business administration, public administration or social sciences; OR a Bachelor degree in Law from an accredited foreign or local university recognized by HEC. |
| Experience | Preferably five years’ experience in the relevant field (business administration, public administration, asset management or law). Of the five years’ relevant experience, at least three years must pertain to administration and functioning of a body corporate or a public body. |
| Age Requirement | Candidate must be neither less than forty years nor more than sixty years of age on the closing date for receipt of applications; Secretary shall cease to hold office on completion of term or on attaining age of sixty-five years, whichever is earlier. |
| Eligibility Criteria | Applicant must be a citizen of Pakistan; must not have been declared a loan defaulter, undischarged insolvent, or convicted for an offence involving moral turpitude; must possess unimpeachable reputation, financial integrity and moral propriety. |
| Terms & Conditions (key points) | Secretary will be entitled to pay, allowances and privileges admissible to government servants appointed in BPS-19 on contract. A special ETPB allowance up to one-and-a-half times basic pay may be admissible subject to ToRs/criteria set by the ETPB. Appointment and extension are based on recommendations of the Performance Evaluation & Selection Committee; usual contractual provisions apply. |
