The Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony invites applications for the post of Secretary, Evacuee Trust Property Board (ETPB) on a contract basis. The Secretary will manage and oversee administration, asset management and functioning of ETPB, which handles evacuee trust properties attached to charitable, religious or educational trusts/institutions.

Position	Secretary (ETPB) — contract appointment

Location	8th Floor, Green Trust Tower, Blue Area, Islamabad
Term	Initial term of three years, extendable up to two years on recommendation of the Performance Evaluation & Selection Committee
Key Qualifications	Second-class master's degree or equivalent (HEC-recognized) in business administration, public administration or social sciences with preferably 5 years' relevant experience; OR Bachelor degree in Law from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university with preferably 5 years' experience in business administration, public administration, asset management or law
Essential Experience	Of the five years' relevant experience, at least three years must pertain to administration and functioning of a corporate body or public body.
Eligibility Criteria	Must be a citizen of Pakistan Must not be a declared defaulter or undischarged insolvent by a court No conviction for an offence involving moral turpitude Age must be between 40 and 60 years on the closing date Must possess unimpeachable reputation, financial integrity and moral probity
Terms & Remuneration	Pay, allowances and privileges comparable to government servants appointed in BPS-19 on contract. A special ETPB allowance (up to 1.5 times basic pay) may be admissible subject to Board ToRs/criteria.
Application Procedure	Submit application by post to the address above enclosing detailed Curriculum Vitae, attested copies of CNIC and educational testimonials (showing date of birth), and two recent photographs. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. No TA/DA.
