- Members are requested to submit a copy of their valid CNIC (if not already provided) to the Shares Registrar to facilitate attendance, e-voting and proxy arrangements.
- E-voting and postal ballot facilities are available. Members may exercise the right to vote through the Company’s e-Voting facility in accordance with the Companies (Postal Ballot) Regulations and related SECP rules. Details and login/registration instructions will be communicated to eligible members by the Company.
- Members may opt to attend the meeting through video link. Registration for video conference attendance can be made by emailing [email protected] (as indicated by the Company) with the required details within the timeframe specified in the notice.
