How to apply:
Applicants must submit applications with two attested photographs, copies of experience certificates, educational testimonials, domicile and CNIC to the office of the Assistant Registrar (Admin). Applications must be accompanied by a Pay Order/Bank Draft (any bank) or bank challan (HBL Quaid-i-Azam University Branch) of Rs.1,000/- (non-refundable) drawn in favour of Treasurer, Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad. Applications should reach the office within 15 days from the date of advertisement.
Application forms can be obtained from the Administration Section/Admin Block of the University or downloaded from the University website: www.qau.edu.pk.
Applicants already working in Government/Semi Government Organizations/Autonomous Bodies must apply through the proper channel with a service certificate and NOC issued by the present employer; however, the University may entertain advance copies if clearly mentioned.
Only short-listed candidates will be called for test/interview. Incomplete or late applications will not be entertained. The University reserves the right to accept or reject any application or to increase/decrease the number of positions without assigning a reason. Selected candidates will be governed by the Quaid-i-Azam University Service Statutes.
