District Council Faisalabad invites electronic bids (E-Bids) from eligible, experienced, financially sound and tax-registered firms/contractors/suppliers for Annual Framework Contracts for the Financial Year 2026-27 through the Punjab e-Procurement System (Punjab e-PS) in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended).
Submission and opening:
Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-PS by 11:30 AM on 2026-08-07. Bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM in the office of the Chief Officer, District Council Faisalabad. Manual or hard-copy bids will not be accepted. Tender documents, technical specifications and eligibility criteria are available on the Punjab e-Procurement System.
