E-Tender: Rehabilitation of DHQ Hospital for Maryam Nawaz Sharif Medical College & Teaching Hospital, Mianwali

Punjab Buildings Department invites e-tenders from eligible Engineering Firms/Contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (relevant category) for the rehabilitation/improvement of the old DHQ Hospital for establishment of Maryam Nawaz Sharif Medical College & Teaching Hospital, Mianwali. Bids must be submitted through the Punjab E-Procurement System and comply with PPRA rules.

Key submission and eligibility requirements:

• Contractors must hold valid PEC registration in the relevant category and must be registered on the Punjab E-Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk).
• An earnest money of 5% of the estimated cost must be furnished as Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from a scheduled bank in favour of the Executive Engineer, Buildings Division, Mianwali. The original CDR/receipt must also be submitted to the Tender Opening Committee at least 30 minutes before the bid opening time; failure to do so will result in the bid being declared non-responsive.
• Tender documents and conditions are available via the Punjab e-procurement portal. Bidders must follow e-procurement rules for online submission; physical originals (as required) must be presented as instructed in the bidding documents.
• All bids will be opened as per the schedule on the e-procurement portal in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend.
