District Education Office (Female) Peshawar — Medical Board / Deceased Quota Application Notice

The District Education Officer (Female), Peshawar, invites applications from eligible candidates of District Peshawar for consideration under the Medical Board / Deceased Quota. Eligible applicants are those whose parent died while in government service or who were retired on Medical Board grounds before 2024-09-26. Submit applications with verified supporting documents to the District Education Office (Female), Peshawar.

Required documents include CNICs of applicant and deceased employee, retirement sanction, pension slip (if available), NADRA death certificate or medical board certificate, family/legal heirs list, FRC from NADRA, death during service certificate, domicile, academic documents and an affidavit on stamp paper confirming no other person has applied under the same quota. Applications must be routed through the head of the candidate's office/school; incomplete or late submissions will not be considered.
