Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan invites applications from Pakistani nationals for key administrative leadership positions on Regular Basis under Advertisement No. 68 (2026). Applications must be submitted online only via the university job portal.

Application fee: A non-refundable processing fee of PKR 6,000 must be deposited via e-challan into the University account (Bank of Khyber, Mardan). A scanned copy of the deposited challan must be uploaded with the online application.
Documents required: Applicants must upload scanned copies of academic transcripts, degrees/certificates, CNIC, recent passport-size photograph, and any experience certificates/duty certificates as required. Foreign degree holders must provide an equivalency certificate from HEC/IBCC before the closing date.
Other important notes: Only eligibility determined as of the closing date will be considered. Appointment will be made on regular basis by the Syndicate from a panel recommended by the Selection Board. The University reserves the right to withhold the appointment or reject any/all applications. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview; no TA/DA will be admissible.
