Issuer: Multan Electric Power Company Limited (MEPCO) — Executive Engineer (OP), MEPCO Division Shujabad. Sealed tenders are invited from Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registered contractors (Class A, B, C or D) with valid field specialization (EE-04, EE-05, CE-10) and required enlistment with WAPDA/PEPCO/DISCOs/NTDC/MEPCO.

Minimum eligibility & documentation:
- PEC registration (Class A/B/C/D) valid for 2025-26 with field specialization EE-04, EE-05 or CE-10.
- Pre-qualification/enlistment with WAPDA/PEPCO/DISCOs/NTDC/MEPCO as applicable.
- Completion of at least three similar contracts with end-user certificates (WAPDA/NTDC/DISCOs). Total value of past contracts should be at least 80% of the bid value.
- Demonstrate cash or cash equivalents equal to minimum 40% of contract value (provide bank statements for last one year).
- Income tax returns for last two years and registration with PRA.
- Original documents and attested copies including CNIC of Contractor/Managing Partner/Director to be produced.
Notes:
- Tender period of rates: One year from date of agreement (may be curtailed or extended as per MEPCO requirements).
- Conditional tenders will not be accepted. MEPCO reserves the right to cancel whole or part of the tender.
