NHA Re-invitation to e-Bids for Routine Maintenance Works on N-130 & N-135 (Punjab West, Mianwali)

Issuer: National Highway Authority (Ministry of Communications), Punjab West Region, Mianwali. Re-invitation to submit electronic bids for routine maintenance works covering multiple packages on National Highways N-130 and N-135.

Scope: Re-invitation for routine maintenance — seven (07) routine maintenance packages on N-130 and six (06) routine maintenance packages on N-135. Each package covers defined kilometer limits on the indicated routes; estimated costs and required PEC categories are specified in the bidding documents.

Eligibility & requirements: Interested contractors must be registered with the Income Tax Department, appear on the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) Active Taxpayers List, and hold valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in the category/specialization required for each package as stated in the bidding documents.

Bid submission & procedure: Bids are invited as electronic submissions (e-bids) under a Single-Stage Two-Envelopes procedure (technical and financial envelopes). Bidders must prepare bids in accordance with instructions in the bidding documents. Bidding documents, submission instructions and package details are available from the National Highway Authority e-procurement/e-bidding system and the NHA offices. Technical and financial e-bids will be opened online as per the schedule in the bidding documents.
