FGEHA Public Notice: Completion Certificates for Sub-sectors G-14/2, G-14/3 & G-15/3 — Transfers Allowed Until 2026-08-31

Issuer: Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA), Planning Wing, 10-Mauve Area, Sector G-10/4, Islamabad. This public notice informs all allottees and the general public about the mechanism introduced for issuance of Completion Certificates in Sub-sectors G-14/2, G-14/3 and G-15/3, Islamabad.

Key points:

- For facilitation of property transactions, authorization to transfer properties without Completion Certificates will remain valid until 31-08-2026.

- Delay/penalty charges for completion will be levied after 31-12-2026 or five years from the approval of the plan, whichever is later.

- No transfer of property will be allowed without obtaining the Completion Certificate after 31-08-2026.

Action required: All allottees and prospective transferees should obtain the Completion Certificate before the deadline or ensure transactions are completed under the temporary authorization prior to 2026-08-31.
