Cantonment Board Wah Public Notice for Property Transfer

This is a public notice inviting objections regarding the transfer of property rights for House No. 6-F, Sector A-16, Officer Colony, Wah Cantt, to the legal heirs of the deceased owners.

Eligibility

Any person or institution having any objection to the said property transfer.

How to Apply

Submit any objections with documentary proof to the office of the Cantonment Board Wah Chhaoni within 15 days of this notice's publication. Any action will be taken after the stipulated period.

The property was in the name of Muhammad Haider Bakshi (deceased on 27.12.2005) and his wife Nasim Haider Bakshi (deceased on 26.03.2017). The legal heirs who have applied for the transfer are: 1. Sajjad Haider Bakshi, 2. Imran Haider Bakshi, 3. Usman Haider Bakshi, 4. Mrs. Shahina Ahmed (deceased). Objections submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
