Wah Cantonment Board Notice for Transfer of Leasehold Rights in Property A-137

The Executive Officer, Cantonment Board Wah, invites objections concerning the transfer of leasehold rights in property No. A-137, Survey No. 118, Gulistan Colony, Wah Cantonment. The property is recorded under Schedule IX-A of the Cantonment Land Administration Rules, 1937.

The notice concerns changes in the recorded leasehold ownership following the deaths of certain leaseholders and the transfer of shares to Muhammad Yasin, a joint leaseholder. The relevant transfer was approved under reference No. 095-2026-000163 dated 11 May 2026.

Muhammad Naeem, son of the late Muhammad Yasin, has submitted an application to Cantonment Board Wah concerning the transfer of his deceased father's leasehold rights to the daughters through inheritance.

Any person or institution with an objection must submit a written objection to the Executive Officer, Cantonment Board Wah, within 15 days of publication of this notice. After this period, the transfer proceedings will be completed in accordance with the rules, and subsequent objections will not be accepted.
