REDAMCO Invitation of Sealed Bids for Lease of Railway Land (Multiple Locations)

Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd. (REDAMCO), a subsidiary of the Ministry of Railways, invites sealed bids (single-stage, two-envelope) for lease of railway prime land on a public–private partnership lease model. Leases are offered for a 21-year term (extendable for another 21 years). Key commercial terms: annual rent increase 8% (compound); mobilization period 24 months from possession; construction per local bye-laws. Bidders must submit separate financial bids against commitment fee and annual rental, and provide bid security as specified.
