Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd (REDAMCO), a subsidiary of the Ministry of Railways, invites sealed single-stage, two-envelope bids for lease of Pakistan Railways prime land on benchmark commitment fee (non-refundable) and annual rental. Leases are offered for 21 years (extendable for another 21 years). Annual rental escalation: 8% compound. Mobilization period: 24 months from date of possession. Building construction to follow local construction bylaws.

Pre-bid meeting: 2026-07-28 at 02:00 PM (REDAMCO Head Office and via Zoom). Submission of bids on or before 2026-08-11 at 02:00 PM at REDAMCO Head Office. Technical bid opening: 2026-08-11 at 02:30 PM at REDAMCO Head Office. Bidding will follow PPRA Rules 2004 (as amended). Site visits and Google map are available at www.redamco.com. Separate sealed bids for Commitment Fee and Annual Rent are required for each site. Bid security and commitment fees must be submitted as specified in the table below.
