Tender: Procurement & Vendor Registration for Medicines and Surgical Items — Sheikh Zayed Hospital, Rahim Yar Khan (FY 2026-27)

Sheikh Zayed Medical College/Hospital, Rahim Yar Khan invites e-bids for framework contracts and vendor pre-qualification/registration for local purchase of medicines and surgical disposable items (Zakat Fund), limited/petty purchases (LPQ), and CHIT/Day-to-Day registration of multiple vendors (LPDD) for Sheikh Zayed Hospital, Rahim Yar Khan and Hub & Spoke Model Hospital, Zahirpir for Financial Year 2026-27.

Key instructions: bidders must submit Technical & Financial bids through the Punjab e-Procurement Acquisition & Disposal System (e-PADS) at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk. Bidders are required to register on e-PADS and provide bid security (up to 2% of estimated cost) in the form of Bank Draft/Bank Guarantee/Call Deposit Receipt (CDR)/Demand Draft/Pay Order (PO) or banker’s cheque along with the technical proposal where stated.
