FESCO Tender Notice — Recycling of HT/LT Copper Scrap (e-bids closing 2026-08-13)

Issuer: Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited (FESCO). Purpose: e-bids are invited under FESCO local funds through Single Stage – One Envelope bidding procedure for recycling of mixed damaged / dismantled HT & LT copper scrap into specified sizes.

Eligibility: WAPDA/PPMC/NTDCL/DISCOs approved firms; duly prequalified / registered in M-19 category; registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments; must be on Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. Bidders must follow WAPDA/BSS or specified standards as referenced in tender documents.

Bid submission and documents: Complete bidding documents, specifications and terms are available on EPADS (www.eprocure.gov.pk) and FESCO website. E-bids must be submitted through EPADS on or before 2026-08-13 at 11:00 AM. E-bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day in the office of Director (Material Management), FESCO (Old Thermal Plant), Abdullahpur, Faisalabad. Original bid security must be submitted in the office of the undersigned before online bid submission; otherwise the respective bid shall not be opened.
