Eligibility requirements (as stated): registration with tax authorities (FBR — sales tax & income tax with active taxpayer status), Balochistan Revenue Authority registration, Pakistan Engineering Council registration in the relevant category for 2026-2027 (specified code in bidding documents), completed assignments of similar/general nature, turnover/financial capacity evidence, audit reports for the last three years, and the firm must not be blacklisted or involved in litigation with any procuring agency in Pakistan. The bidding firm must provide required supporting documents; all provided documents will be verified.
