Tender: Repair & Renovation of Ladies Hostel at NIAB, Faisalabad — Tender No. 05/2026/PB

A Public Sector Organization (NIAB, Faisalabad) invites sealed tenders from reputable firms/contractors with active GST/NTN, their own offices and telephone numbers for repair and renovation works of the Ladies Hostel at NIAB, Faisalabad.

Submission requirements and important conditions:

- Tender documents available from the office of the undersigned during working hours; issuance of documents closes one day before the opening date.
- Bid Security (2% of bid) must be submitted as CDR and enclosed in a separate sealed envelope; CDR should be in favour of Principal Accounts Officer, NIAB.
- Two copies of the BOQ must be submitted (one original and one photocopy), both sealed, signed and stamped, with the name of the work clearly mentioned on the envelope.
- Rates must be written in figures and words in separate columns; in case of discrepancy the rate in words will prevail.
- Incomplete or non-responsive bids may be rejected. The competent authority may reject any or all bids/proposals at any time prior to acceptance.
