Director General, Commodity Management Department (Balochistan) invites sealed bids for disposal of approximately 29,260 metric tons of sealed wheat stock lying in rice mills, grain merchants' warehouses and private godowns in District Bahawalnagar.

| Eligibility | Flour mills, registered grain traders, food manufacturers, industrial users and other eligible entities approved by the Competent Authority. Bidders must possess valid CNIC, NTN, Sales Tax Registration (where applicable) and must not be blacklisted by any government department. |
| Inspection | Interested bidders may inspect the sealed wheat stock at the respective locations in District Bahawalnagar during office hours from the date of publication. |
| Bid Security | Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security of Rs. 20,000,000 (Rs. 20.00 million) in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or Bank Draft in favour of the Director General, Commodity Management Department, Government of Balochistan. |
| Reserve Price | Reserve price: Rs. 3,500 per 40 kg (as stated) |
| Weight & Delivery | Wheat shall be released on 100% actual weight/measurement. |
| Payment Terms | Successful bidder to make payment as specified by the Commodity Management Department (payment details to be observed as per auction terms). |
