C&W Division Tank — e-PADS Tender Notice for Road Construction, Rehabilitation and Widening Works

Issuer: Communication & Works (C&W) Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa — C&W Division Tank. This is an invitation for electronic bids through the e-PADS system under the Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure in accordance with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Procurement Rules, 2014.

Purpose: Procurement of multiple works contracts for construction, improvement, rehabilitation, widening and maintenance of roads under C&W Division Tank. Multiple packages are announced; each package has its own estimated cost, bid security, completion period, submission deadline and opening date.

Who may apply / Eligibility:

• Firms/contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the required discipline/codes with valid renewal for the relevant financial year (status active).
• Registered and active taxpayers with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).
• Registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) where applicable.
• Bidders must be registered on the e-PADS procurement platform and comply with the requirements and instructions in the bidding documents.

Submission / Bid Opening:

• All bids shall be submitted online through the e-PADS system. Bids will be opened online on the dates and times specified for each package.
• Bid security, completion period and other package-specific conditions are specified in the bidding documents for each package.
• Prospective bidders must download the detailed bidding documents and instructions from the e-PADS portal and follow on-line submission procedures.
