Tender: Framework Contract for Procurement of Local Medicines — THQ Hospital Mailsi

Issuer: Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Mailsi (Health & Population Department, Government of the Punjab). Inviting sealed/online bids from financially sound firms/suppliers/agencies registered with Sales Tax & Income Tax departments for framework contracts for FY 2026-2027.

Scope: Procurement of local purchase medicines including Emergency medicines, Bulk medicines, Dialysis medicines and Zakat medicines.

Key requirements and procedure:

• All electronic bids must include a scanned Bid Security equal to 2% of the estimated cost of the lot/items. The original Bid Security must be delivered to the office of the Medical Superintendent on the same day or before the opening of bids, otherwise the firm will be disqualified.
• Submission: Complete electronic bids must be submitted online via the Punjab procurement portal (PPRA) as per the schedule. Bidding documents can be downloaded from the PPRA website or hospital website.
• Bidding will be conducted under Open Competitive Bidding (Single Stage–Two Envelope) in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA) 2014 (amended).
• Technical bids will be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives as per schedule; bidders should ensure timely online submission and original documents delivery as required.
• Taxes and deductions will be applied as per applicable government rules.
