Submission & Opening: Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement system by 11:00 AM on 2026-08-10. Online bid opening will be held the same day at 11:30 AM in the Conference Room of THQ Hospital Zafarwal.
Key Conditions: Bidding will follow PPRA Rule 38(2) (single stage, two-envelope). Bid validity: 180 days from the date of opening. No physical financial instruments (CDR/Bank Guarantee etc.) will be accepted; bid security must be provided through the e-procurement mechanism. Hard copies of e-bids are not required.
