Public Notice: Resignation and Disclaimer by Muhammad Hammad from DGM Trading Private Limited

This public notice informs that Muhammad Hammad (son of Malik Muhammad Amjad) has resigned from the post of Director of DGM Trading Private Limited, registered in the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan, with immediate effect, and has completely severed all fiduciary and administrative ties with the company.

The notice states that Mr. Mubashar All, CEO/Director of the said company, was engaged in unauthorized, ultra vires, and unlawful activities, including the misappropriation of corporate funds and the illicit solicitation of financial investments from the general public without lawful authority. Muhammad Hammad categorically disclaims any association with, or liability for, any acts, representations, or financial commitments made by Mr. Mubashar All; any such transactions are stated to be beyond the lawful scope of the company's business and remain the sole personal responsibility of Mr. Mubashar All.
