Tender Notice — Framework Contract for Procurement of Medicines & Medical Supplies (THQ Hospital Fort Abbas)

THQ Hospital Fort Abbas invites e-Bids for a Framework Contract for the procurement of day-to-day medicines and surgical & disposable items, X-ray films and chemicals, laboratory chemicals and items, dental items, general store/miscellaneous items, stationery, printing items, and orthopedic commodities for the financial year 2026-2027.

Eligibility & Submission: e-Bids are invited from manufacturers, sole agents, or sole importers of foreign principals engaged in trading, registered on the Punjab e-procurement system and with relevant registration authorities and tax departments. Bidding documents and specifications are available after publication and can be downloaded from the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website and the Punjab e-procurement portal.

Bids must be submitted online on or before 2026-08-06 at 10:30 am via the Punjab e-procurement system: https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. Bidders must attach 2% bid security of the estimated cost in the form of Bank Draft/Bank Guarantee/Call Deposit Receipt (CDR)/Demand Draft/Pay Order/Banker's Cheque as specified in the tender documents. Separate bids should be submitted for each lot (1 to 8).

Conditions: Bids will be opened on 2026-08-06 at 11:00 am in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend. Bid validity is 90 days from the date of opening. Taxes will be deducted as per applicable government rules. The procurement will be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules and relevant operational guidelines.
