VRI Lahore e-Procurement Tender – Supply of Green Fodder & Poultry Feed (Closing 2026-07-30)

Issuer: Veterinary Research Institute (VRI), Zarrar Shaheed Road, Lahore Cantt. VRI invites e-bids/tenders through the Punjab e-Procurement System for the supply of goods/stores/items for the financial year 2026-27.

Key instructions and requirements:

- Bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and may download specifications and tender documents from the Punjab e-Procurement portal and the PPRA website free of cost.

- Single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure will be applied.

- Bid security equal to 2% of the total estimated cost is required in the form of CDR/Banker’s Cheque/Bank Guarantee in favor of Director, VRI, Lahore. The bid security must be submitted/paid/deposited on the Punjab e-Procurement System along with the technical bid; bids without the required security will be rejected as non-responsive.

- All e-bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 11:00 AM on 2026-07-30. Bids received after the deadline will not be accepted.

- E-bids will be opened on the same date, 30 minutes after the closing time (opening at 11:30 AM) at VRI Lahore.

- Upon acceptance of a tender, the successful bidder must deposit a performance guarantee equal to 5% of the total bid amount before award of the supply order (PPRA Rule #56).
