Tender: Medical Gases Installation & Oxygen Tank Communication – Punjab Institute of Cardiology, Lahore

Punjab Institute of Cardiology (for Jinnah Institute of Cardiology, Lahore) invites e-bids from well-reputed firms for procurement under Annual Tender F-Y 2026-2027 (IPL No.7068). Tender documents are available on the PPRA website and the E-PADS portal; e-bids must be submitted electronically via the E-PAD portal.

Bid security & submission: 2% bid security of the estimated cost in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR)/Bank Guarantee is mandatory. The original bid security must be submitted to the Purchase Section at least 30 minutes prior to the tender opening time. Failure to submit the original bid security within the stipulated time will result in rejection of the tender. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to cancel the procurement process at any stage due to non-availability or insufficient allocation of funds, without incurring liability to participating bidders, and to modify quantities in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014.
