VRI Lahore Tender: Supply of Green Fodder (130,000 Kg) & Poultry Feed (27,250 Kg) — Closing 2026-07-30

Issuer: Veterinary Research Institute (VRI), Lahore Cantt. Procurement is through the Punjab e-Procurement System for the financial year 2026-27. Single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure will be applied.

Key submission requirements and conditions:

- Bid security: 2% of the total estimated cost in the form of CDR/Banker's Cheque/Bank Guarantee in favor of Director, VRI, Lahore. The original bid security must be uploaded/submitted on Punjab e-Procurement System along with the technical bid; bids without the required security will be rejected as non-responsive.

- Performance guarantee: On acceptance of the tender, 5% of total bid amount will be deposited as performance guarantee (PPRA Rule 56) before award of supply order.

- All bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 11:00 AM on 2026-07-30. Electronic bids will be opened 30 minutes after the closing time on the same day at VRI, Lahore.

- Tender documents and specifications are available for download from the Punjab e-Procurement System and the PPRA website. Procurement will be governed by PPRA rules 2014 (and updates if applicable).
