BOP Tender: Hiring Contractors for Renovation of Four Branches – Closing 2026-08-04

Bank of Punjab (BOP) invites technical and financial bids under the Single Stage–Two Envelope Bidding Process from reputable firms/contractors for renovation works at four BOP branches.

How to obtain and submit documents: Bid documents are available free of cost for download on the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://epp.punjab.gov.pk) and the PPRA website. All bids must be uploaded/submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System only.

Deadlines and opening: Bids must be uploaded/submitted by 2026-08-04 at 11:00 am. Technical bids will be opened the same day (2026-08-04) at 11:30 am in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened on a later date/time to be announced.

Bid security and pricing: A bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted via 1Link or Bank Guarantee digitally using the generated PSID on the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://epp.punjab.gov.pk). Prices must be quoted inclusive of all applicable taxes and delivery charges.

Eligibility: Valid NTN and GST registration certificates are required with the bids.

Notice and liability: This tender is also uploaded on PPRA (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and BOP (www.bop.com.pk). The Bank will not be responsible for any costs incurred in the preparation or submission of bids.

Complaints: Customers can file complaints via SBP’s 'Sunwai' service at https://sunwai.sbp.org.pk.
