Purpose: Electronic bids are invited on the e-PAD system under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure for construction works in Upper Chitral. Clarifications and hard copy documents (where required) can be obtained from the office of the Procuring Entity upon submission of a formal application and payment of the required fee.
