NHA e-Bids: Maintenance & Construction Works on N-65 (Yaroo & Bibi Nani Bridges) — Quetta

National Highway Authority (NHA), West-Zone, invites e-Bids for bridge/culvert maintenance and repair/construction works on N-65. Procurement method: Single Stage - Two Envelopes. Bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, be on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue, and be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for Year 2026.

Bidding documents will be available for free download on the NHA e-bidding website from July 28, 2026. Prospective bidders should follow the NHA website for schedule updates and addenda. All e-Bids must be prepared in accordance with the bidding documents and submitted electronically.

Submission and opening:

The e-Bids must reach the office of Member (West-Zone) NHA, Zonal Complex, Airport Road, Quetta on or before 2026-08-07 at 11:00 Hours. Technical e-Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 Hours in the presence of interested bidders or their authorized representatives.
