Bid Security shall be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) in accordance with Punjab PPRA instructions and the Bank of Punjab (BOP) Digital Bid Security mechanism.

- Original/evidence of Bid Security and Affidavit must be submitted to the Office of the Director (Purchase & Store), Kohsar University Murree at least 30 minutes before the scheduled bid opening time.

Deadlines and opening:

- Bid submission deadline: 05 August 2026 at 12:00 PM.

- Bid opening: 05 August 2026 at 12:30 PM in the Conference Room, Admin Block, Kohsar University Murree. Bidders or their authorized representatives may attend the opening.

Notes:

- If the submission/opening date falls on a public holiday, bids shall be submitted and opened on the next working day at the same time.

- For e-Procurement and bid submission use the Punjab e-Procurement portal. Response time and calculated excel/compliance may be required as per portal instructions.
