Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd (REDAMCO), a subsidiary of the Ministry of Railways, invites sealed bids (Single-Stage, Two-Envelope, two variables) for grant of leases on multiple Pakistan Railways land parcels on a lease model. Intended use: mix-use commercial developments including shopping plazas/markets, corporate offices, IT parks, hotels, hospitals/healthcare, dealerships, retail and food outlets.
Key conditions:
- Lease term: 21 years (extendable for another 21 years).
- Annual increase in rent: 8% (compounded).
- Mobilization period: 24 months from date of possession.
- Construction: as per local building bye-laws.
- Bidding: submit one-time (non-refundable) Commitment Fee/Premium and annual rent offers against published benchmarks. Bid Security as specified per lot.
