Invitation to Bid — Procurement of Goods by Jinnah Hydel Power Station WAPDA

Issuer: Jinnah Hydel Power Station, WAPDA (Member (Power) WAPDA). The station has reserved funds for procurement planned for FY 2026-27 and invites e-bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of goods via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0.

Submission and bid requirements:

- Bidding will be conducted electronically on EPADS v2.0; manual bid submission will not be accepted. Bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 before the deadlines shown in the bidding documents.

- Single Stage-One Envelope procedure will be used adopting Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) in line with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.

- All bids must be accompanied by Bid Security as described in the bidding document (in the form of Call Deposit). Where Bid Security is not required, bidders must provide a Bid Security Declaration as specified in the bidding document.

- E-bidding documents, containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications and requirements, are available on EPADS.
