Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC), Lahore, Advertisement No.07/2026 announces multiple vacancies for the Emergency Services Department (Rescue-1122) and the Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education Department. Selection for Rescue-1122 posts includes initial medical screening / physical tests conducted by Punjab Emergency Service Department. Physical standards and minimum scores include:
- Sit-ups: 25 per minute
- Push-ups: 25 per minute
- Running/Jumping: Male – One mile in 8 minutes (males above 35: one mile in 12 minutes); Female – One mile in 12 minutes
- Chest size (male only): 33"
- Height (preference): 5'6"
- Eyesight: 6/6 without glasses
- BMI: Below 30
