Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited (ZTBL) invites applications for the position of Head Liability Business (VP/SVP-I/SVP) (1 post). The role focuses on deposit mobilization and liability product strategy to increase low-cost deposits (CASA) across the Bank's branch network.
Key requirements and responsibilities include a Bachelor's degree, developing and implementing deposit mobilization plans, designing liability products and marketing campaigns for customer segments (farmers, SMEs, corporate), ensuring product pricing and profitability, driving branch and regional deposit growth, leveraging digital channels, leading Regional Business Heads and Branch Managers, and ensuring regulatory and policy compliance. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview; no TA/DA will be admissible. Applicants convicted by any court are ineligible.
