• Registered and eligible firms with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).
• Valid Income Tax and Sales Tax registration; registration with Sindh Revenue Board where applicable.
• Specific licenses where applicable (for example, valid license from Electric Inspector for electrical works) and compliance with other statutory requirements.
• Firms must provide the required bid security and follow the two-envelope submission procedure on ePADS.
