Notice of intended transfer of ownership for Plot No. MC-20, Sector J (101 Sq Yds) in Engineers Cooperative Housing Society, Sector D-18, Islamabad. The allottee/owner was Mr. Aziz-ur-Rehman Beg S/O Abdul Rehman Beg (ECHS membership No. 829), resident of Rajar House, Ward No. 315, College Road, Umarkot. The allottee/owner died on 18/12/2025.

Following persons are stated as the legal heirs who have applied for transfer of the above plot:

Any bank, financial institution or person having objection to the transfer must contact the Society Office within 15 days of publication of this notice and submit a written objection. After expiry of that period no claim will be entertained and the plot shall be transferred in the name of the above legal heirs.
