Issuer: Jinnah Hydel Power Station, WAPDA (Member (Power) WAPDA). Invitation to e-bids for procurement of goods on EPADS v2.0 using Single Stage-One Envelope and Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
