KW&SC Request for Proposals to Operate 3 Customer Service Centers in Karachi

Karachi Water & Sewerage Corporation (KW&SC) invites proposals to operate three KW&SC Customer Service Centers at different locations in Karachi. The assignment is advertised under the KW&SC authority and scope of work/TORs are available in the RFP documents downloadable from the SPPRA e-procurement system.

Proposals (technical and financial) must be uploaded to the SPPRA/EPADS e-procurement system. Bidders must provide a bid security of PKR 40,000,000 in the form of a pay order or unconditional bank guarantee in favor of Karachi Water & Sewerage Corporation and submit the bid security physically to the office of the Secretary, Procurement Committee, KW&SC before 02:00 pm on a Thursday in August 2026; proposals will be opened at 02:30 pm the same day. Firms will be selected under the Qualification and Cost Based Selection and two-envelope procedure per SPPRA Rules 2010 (amended).
